As a service to students, the SCC will be more than happy to help
you troubleshoot any problems you may be having with your personal computer
provided you bring it in during the specified maintenence hours. The following
guidelines apply:
• You must be present the entire time.
• Any required software must be provided by you. We are unable to distribute
software or license keys.
• If is a laptop, please bring the power supply and any external drives. For
standard size PCs, you do not need to bring a monitor, keyboard,
or mouse.
• We cannot perform hardware maintenance due to liability concerns. We are limited
only to helping you troubleshoot your own computer.
